Most Trusted Attic Conversions in Edinburgh
For attic conversions in Edinburgh, clients rely on us for dependable service, where your requirements and vision always come first.
Attic Conversions We Provide:
Dormer attic conversions
Dormer attic conversions in Edinburgh add extra headroom and floor space by extending the roof outward. This makes rooms more practical, brighter, and easier to use for bedrooms or living areas.
Velux attic conversions
Velux attic conversions in Edinburgh use roof windows without changing the roof shape. They are a simple way to bring in natural light and create a usable, well-ventilated loft space.
Hip to gable attic conversions
Hip to gable attic conversions in Edinburgh extend a sloping roof into a vertical wall. This creates more internal space, improves head height, and allows for better room layouts.
Bungalow attic conversions
Bungalow attic conversions in Edinburgh transform unused roof space into extra rooms. They are ideal for adding bedrooms, offices, or living areas while keeping the existing footprint of the home.
Mansard attic conversions
Mansard attic conversions in Edinburgh involve reshaping the roof to create near vertical walls and a flat roof. This maximises space and allows for full-height rooms across the entire loft area.
Staircase installations
Staircase installations in Edinburgh provide safe and practical access to loft spaces. Properly designed stairs ensure compliance with building regulations while fitting neatly into the layout of your home.
Velux window installation
Velux window installation in Edinburgh brings natural light and ventilation into loft spaces. These roof windows improve comfort, brighten rooms, and help create a more usable and inviting attic environment.
Roof domes installation
Roof domes installation in Edinburgh adds overhead glazing to flat or low-pitched roofs. This increases daylight, improves ventilation, and helps make loft spaces feel more open and comfortable.

Our Reviews
Highly recommend Jordyn and his team. Really happy with our attic room renovation, we now have a much brighter and usable space, still with plenty of storage room in the eaves. The whole team were very hardworking, friendly and great at cleaning up after themselves! Communication was excellent and we were kept well up to date throughout the project. Thank you again!
We had the pleasure of having clerwood attic carry out work in our attic at the weekend. The jordyn and the team were amazing from start to finish the communication before during and after the job made a fantastic job can’t believe how much room I have now! They were clean and tidy even hoovered up their mess! Definitely recommend and would use them again no problem! Thanks boys
Jordyn and team were fantastic. Excellent communication, great work and the team were polite and considerate of me WFH during the build. Jordyn took the time to explain the process, and came on site whenever needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m delighted with my new space. Would book them again if I can get planning for a dormer!
